Procura por comida saudável faz crescer o movimento nos restaurantes japoneses em todo o país

Todo mundo considera a comida japonesa leve e saudável. Afinal, quem nunca apostou em um rodízio japonês jurando ser uma opção amiga da dieta? Com certeza, diversos alimentos encontrados nessa culinária ajudam o bom funcionamento do organismo, como as algas, utilizadas principalmente nos sushis e temakis, que possuem nutrientes essenciais para o corpo, como o iodo e vitaminas do complexo B.

Além disso, a comida japonesa é conhecida por seus peixes, presentes em várias preparações são ótimas fontes de ômega-3, que ajudam a diminuir os níveis de LDL (colesterol ruim) e aumentar os de HDL (colesterol bom) no sangue.

Já o pepino, encontrado nas saladas, temakis e sushis é composto em sua maior parte de água, o que faz dele um alimento de baixa caloria e que garante hidratação, sendo considerado um diurético natural.

Em qualquer culinária, o que traz mais calorias e é menos saudável é a gordura saturada das frituras. Além dela, açúcar refinado e alimentos feitos com farinha de trigo branca também são prejudiciais à saúde.

Durante a pandemia, estima-se que mais de 50% da população mundial ganhou peso por conta do isolamento social. Há cerca de 2 meses, após a reabertura do comércio, bares e restaurantes que oferecem comidas asiáticas registraram um aumento significativo na procura por alimentos mais saudáveis.

Em Volta Redonda, no Sul Fluminense, o restaurante de comida japonesa “Arigatô” existe há um pouco mais de 1 ano e já conquistou o estômago dos voltarredondenses e cidades vizinhas.

De acordo com o proprietário, Rodolfo Annechino, de 28 anos, o serviço de delivery representa 20% do lucro do estabelecimento e é mais uma opção para os clientes que ainda optam em continuar cumprindo o isolamento social.

O restaurante, assim como os demais, também adotou rígidas regras de seguranças, de acordo com a OMS, para evitar a a proliferação da Covid-19. ]

Rodolfo ressaltou que os pratos mais procurados no restaurante são o Tayo e carpaccio, que fazem a alegria dos admiradores dessa saborosa culinária.
