Mulher é agredida pelo vizinho após reclamar de festa em Pindamonhangaba

Uma mulher foi agredida pelo vizinho neste domingo (10) depois de reclamar de uma festa em Pindamonhangaba (SP). A agressão foi flagrada por câmeras de segurança, que também mostram o filho de 11 anos tentando conter o homem. O caso é investigado.

O caso aconteceu no início da tarde deste domingo no bairro Araretama. A vítima, Tatiane Gonçalves, 32 anos, conta que o vizinho construiu uma área de lazer com churrasqueira e piscina, que é alugada para eventos aos fins de semana.

Por volta das 12h, ela reclamou do barulho e da fumaça vinda da churrasqueira, que estava invadindo o quintal. Após a reclamação, o homem invadiu a casa dela pulando o muro e começou a agredir a mulher com socos e tapas.

Os filhos dela, de 11 anos e cinco anos, estavam na garagem quando tudo aconteceu. Durante as agressões, o menino de 11 anos tenta conter o homem com uma vassoura. A agressão só para quando o menino aciona os vizinhos.

Tatiane chegou a acionar a Polícia Militar após o crime, mas o homem conseguiu fugir. O caso foi registrado na Polícia Civil e a vítima vai passar por exame de corpo de delito nesta segunda-feira (11).

“O que ele fez foi uma covardia. Não só por me agredir, mas por fazer isso na frente dos meus filhos. Meu filho ter que intervir e ver a mãe ser agredida daquela maneira foi um choque. Quero que ele pague pelo que fez”, comentou a vítima.

Disputa na Justiça

Os vizinhos têm uma disputa na Justiça por causa da construção da área de lazer. Para a instalação da piscina, o homem contratou serviços de uma retroescavadeira que teriam danificado a casa de Tatiane com rachaduras por causa da retirada do volume de terra.

A prefeitura chegou a embargar a obra por constatar irregularidades, mas durante a pandemia o homem deu continuidade ao projeto e instalou piscina, churrasqueira e um espaço de lazer que aluga para festas.

A reportagem  tenta localizar o agressor para comentar o caso. A Polícia Civil informou que investiga as agressões.
