Saúde de Piquete, SP retoma atendimento com pequenas cirurgias após sete meses paralisadas

A Prefeitura de Piquete retomou na última terça-feira (12) a realização de cirurgias de baixa complexidade para os moradores. O Município não realizava esse tipo de procedimento há sete meses. As operações estão sendo feitas no antigo hospital da FPV (Fábrica Presidente Vargas), atual pronto atendimento da cidade.

Em cirurgias de baixa complexidade, os pacientes não chegam a ser internados e a operação é realizada em poucos minutos, com alta no mesmo dia.

Segundo a secretaria de Saúde, entre os procedimentos são oferecidos a retirada de cisto sebáceos, exérese de verrugas e sinais, cantoplastia (cirurgia de unha encravada), incisão e drenagem de abscesso, com o médico especialista em cirurgia do aparelho digestivo, Dr. Rodrigo Soler.

A pasta informou que no dia da retomada do serviço, oitos pacientes fizeram o agendamento, mas houve duas desistências. Com isso, foram realizado um abcesso de mão, dois cistos sebáceo, quatro exéreses de verruga (remoção) e uma exérese de nevos (remoção).

De acordo com o secretário de Saúde, Luiz Humberto da Silva, os pacientes que necessitam dessas cirurgias devem agendar uma consulta em posto de ESF (Estratégia Saúde da Família) mais perto de sua residência. “Há sete meses o município não realizava nenhum procedimento de pequenas cirurgias, portanto, há uma demanda reprimida. Neste primeiro momento serão realizados 12 procedimentos por semana, toda as terças feiras”, explicou o secretário. “Conseguimos otimizar os serviços. O valor é o plantão do médico mais os insumos”, complementou o secretário.

Questionado se a pasta ampliará o serviço para cirurgias de média complexidade, Silva informou que “neste momento a Prefeitura está priorizando as ações de combate ao Covid-19”.
