O Poder Legislativo Itatiaiense se solidariza com familiares e amigos pelo falecimento do ex-vereador Vitor Marcio

É com profundo pesar que a Câmara Municipal de Itatiaia,  vem através de seu presidente interino, Silvano Rodrigues da Silva, o Vaninho, e o vice-presidente, Alexandre dos Santos Campos, o Tim Campos, em nome de todos os Vereadores e  funcionários da Casa se solidarizar com os familiares e amigos pelo falecimento do ex-vereador Vitor Marcio Alves Tavares, ocorrido na  tarde desta sexta-feira, 05 de fevereiro de 2021, no Hospital Regional Dra. Zilda Arms, em Volta Redonda, sendo mais uma vítima da Covid-19. 

Vitor Marcio Alves Tavares exerceu o cargo de Vereador em Itatiaia na Legislatura 2001 à 2004 e 2005 à 2008. 

Pedimos a Deus que conforte o coração dos familiares e amigos neste momento de dor. A Câmara de Itatiaia decretou luto oficial de três dias em decorrência do falecimento do ex-vereador.

Até o momento, não tivemos informações sobre o velório, ato religioso e sepultamento.

Nascido em São João de Meriti em 23 de junho de 1954. Veio para Itatiaia em 1989 participar da primeira eleição do Município.

Foi Secretário Geral do PDT na Cidade de São João de Meriti, 1981/1982

Vereador em São João de Meriti, 1982/1988.

Juiz Classista na Primeira Junta de Conciliação e Julgamento da Justiça do Trabalho no Município de Resende.

Candidato a Deputado Estadual nas Eleições de 2002 e Candidato a Deputado Federal nas Eleições de 2006.

Foi Secretário Municipal de Governo, do prefeito Almir Dumay Lima. Redigiu o Estatuto do Servidor Público de Itatiaia, (Lei 193/97). Idealizador do primeiro Concurso Público da Prefeitura de Itatiaia com mais de 1500 vagas. 

Eleito Vereador para Legislatura 2001/2004, sendo o segundo mais votado. Foi reeleito Vereador na Legislatura 2005/2008, mais votado do município. Autor de mais de 50 projetos de Lei, sendo mais de 20 aprovados por unanimidade e sancionados pelo Poder Executivo. Homenageado com o Título de Cidadão Itatiaiense, através da Câmara Municipal de Itatiaia. 

Em Itatiaia, morava no bairro Jardim Itatiaia.

Estava residindo há alguns anos em Portugal e em passagem pelo Brasil, teve covid-19, se internando no Hospital Regional Dra. Zilda Arms, em Volta Redonda, e não resistiu chegando a óbito, na tarde do dia 05/02/2021.
