Polícia Militar detêm suspeitos de tráfico em Vassouras

Policiais militares do 10º Batalhão detiveram nessa sexta-feira, dia 9, em Vassouras, sete pessoas por suspeita de envolvimento com tráfico de drogas.

O caso, registrado na 95ª DP, aconteceu na Rua João XXIII e também resultou na apreensão de um simulacro de pistola; 18,7 gramas de cocaína; 225,5 gramas de maconha e R$300,00 em espécie.

A PM informou que esteve no endereço após denúncia de tráfico, dando conta que quatro, dos sete suspeitos, de 24, 19, 26 e 14 anos, seriam integrantes de uma facção criminosa, chefiados por dois supostos traficantes; um deles, preso.

A PM informou que após cerco, um homem, de 42 anos, foi visto em contato com um dos suspeitos – de 24 anos – citados na denúncia. Ao ser abordado, o homem confessou aos agentes que havia comprado drogas do suspeito e, durante revista, três pinos de cocaína foram encontrados em sua posse.

A PM ressaltou que o suspeito foi flagrado escondendo entorpecentes no embolso de uma parede e após encontrar as drogas com o homem, de 42 anos, fez buscas no local e encontrou mais quatro sacolés na parede.

De acordo com os militares, os outros suspeitos citados na denúncia foram vistos próximo à uma quadra poliesportiva e, em dado momento, fugiram – em direção à uma casa – ao notarem a presença da Polícia Militar.

Após a fuga, os agentes compareceram no imóvel, que seria do suspeito, de 26 anos, e encontraram outras duas pessoas, de 31 e 22 anos. A PM afirma que durante buscas, foram localizados 14 tabletes de maconha e um simulacro de arma de fogo dentro do guarda-roupas do suspeito de 26 anos, que confirmou vender drogas na localidade.

Após o flagrante, os sete envolvidos foram encaminhados para delegacia da cidade para medidas cabíveis.

Os suspeitos de 24, 19 e 26 anos, foram autuados nos artigos 33 (Tráfico de Drogas) e 35 (Associação ao Tráfico) e permanecem presos. O suspeito de 14 anos foi autuado nos mesmos artigos, foi ouvido e liberado com a presença da mãe; que acompanhou a ocorrência na unidade. Já o suspeito de 42 anos, foi autuado no artigo 28 da lei 11.343/06 (Posse de Drogas). A PM informou que as duas suspeitas de 31 e 22 anos – que estavam no imóvel no momento das buscas – foram ouvidas como testemunhas e liberadas. O material foi periciado e permaneceu aprendido na sede policial.
