Força-tarefa fecha bar e interdita outro comércio em Volta Redonda

No período entre quinta-feira (dia 13), e o último domingo (dia 16), a força-tarefa da Prefeitura de Volta Redonda, criada para fiscalizar as medidas restritivas nesse período de pandemia de Covid-19, fechou um bar, interditou e autuou outro estabelecimento comercial e encerrou dois eventos clandestinos.

As equipes ainda emitiram notificações e auto de infração por irregularidades. Foram fiscalizados 32 estabelecimentos no período.

“Estamos trabalhando preventivamente, orientando a população e os comerciantes. As medidas foram criadas para salvar vidas e todos precisam colaborar, se conscientizar que o cumprimento das regras é bom pra todo mundo”, afirmou o prefeito Antonio Francisco Neto.

No total, os agentes atuaram em 15 bairros durante os quatro dias de fiscalização: São João, Jardim Amália, Vila Santa Cecília, Sessenta, Aterrado, Monte Castelo, Conforto, São Geraldo, São Lucas, Nossa Senhora das Graças, São Luiz, Vila Mury, Belmonte, Eucaliptal e Açude.

Na quinta-feira, a força-tarefa emitiu cinco notificações para regularização de licença de ocupação de logradouro público com mesas e cadeiras, além de uma notificação para proibição de realização de evento em shopping. Ainda em relação ao shopping, a Vigilância Sanitária atuou com foco nas áreas de recreação e parques desses espaços e de áreas externas.

Na sexta-feira (14), a força-tarefa lavrou um auto de infração por falta de licença, e emitiu duas notificações: uma para regularizar a licença que permite usar cadeiras e mesas em espaço público, e outra para o proprietário regularizar o alvará.

Durante o sábado e o domingo também foram constatadas irregularidades. A força-tarefa fechou e autuou um bar no sábado, pois o estabelecimento funcionava sem licença e promovia música no interior. No domingo, os agentes encerraram uma festa rave por descumprir o decreto, e um pagode em estabelecimento não licenciado para entretenimento musical. No mesmo dia outro comércio foi interditado e autuado por também descumprir o decreto com as medidas restritivas.

A força-tarefa conta com servidores da Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda (SMF), da Vigilância Sanitária, da Guarda Municipal (GMVR), e com o apoio da Polícia Militar (PM) e do Corpo de Bombeiros.

Em caso de aglomeração de pessoas, festas clandestinas, os moradores devem ligar para o 156 (Central de Atendimento Único), 153 da Guarda Municipal ou 190 da Polícia Militar.
