Por meio do SiNE, empresa faz processo seletivo e contrata, como um dos critérios, ser morador de Itatiaia

Presente nos Estado de São Paulo, Minas Gerais e Rio de Janeiro, a Farma Conde selecionou mais de 60 pessoas em Itatiaia 


Para a Lohainne Santos, moradora do bairro Vila Esperança, nada mal começar o ano empregada. Isso porque a Prefeitura de Itatiaia, por meio do Sistema Nacional de Emprego (SiNE), juntamente com a empresa Farma Conde, realizou um processo seletivo que durou quatro meses recrutando e capacitando moradores de Itatiaia para a recém empresa do ramo farmacêutico instalada na cidade. 


Nascida e criada em Itatiaia, Lohainne teve seu primeiro emprego de carteira assinada e ocupa o cargo de Auxiliar de Loja – 3° Gerente. 

– Deixei meu currículo no SiNE e ficou lá 1 ou 2 meses e me ligaram para a entrevista. Eu pude ver que eles chamam mesmo, pois me chamaram. Eu fiz todo o treinamento na Farma Conde, e ficamos indo pra São Paulo para aprender mais. Estou feliz – pontua Loharinne.

– Nada mais justo escolher morador da cidade para trabalhar, afinal, estamos instalados aqui. Escolher Itatiaia para colocar nossa empresa faz parte do processo de expansão. O SiNE de Itatiaia deu maior suporte para nós desde o início com o recebimento de currículo até o final do processo de seleção – declara Luiz Cláudio da Silva, Gerente Farma Conde, unidade de Itatiaia. 


– A atual gestão tem como prioridade estimular novos empregos na cidade. Nós estamos seguindo isso com afinco e trazendo mais empresas para próximo. Nossa estrtura está disponível para ajudar a atrair novos empregos e ajudar os empresários locais – pontua Thainara Laís Machado, coordenadora do SiNE.
