Mais cinco detentos foram capturados nesta terça-feira (1º) e agora 16 seguem foragidos após fuga do Presídio de São Sebastião do Paraíso. Outros dois já haviam sido localizados na segunda-feira (31). As informações foram confirmadas pela Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública (Sejusp).

Conforme a secretaria, na segunda-feira, Murilo Henrique de Souza Lima se entregou na unidade prisional e Roberto Carlos Teixeira Santos foi capturado durante abordagem policial.

Já nesta terça-feira, a Sejusp confirmou a captura dos detentos Akison Junior Donizete Alves Silva, Junior Luiz Gomes, Estenio Donizete Valério Alves Silva, Bruno Fantacine Santana e Gustavo Henrique Cândido Rodrigues.

A Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública divulgou o nome dos presos que continuam foragidos:

A fuga

Os 23 detentos do Presídio de São Sebastião do Paraíso fugiram na madrugada de domingo (30). Segundo as informações do presídio, os presos teriam pulado o muro por volta de 1h da manhã.

Os detentos usavam o uniforme penitenciário na hora da fuga. Algumas peças de roupas foram encontradas no fundo do próprio presidio. A fuga só foi descoberta quando moradores viram detentos correndo pelas ruas de um bairro próximo ao presídio.

“Eles serraram a grade de uma das celas. Com a barra de ferro retirada da grade, eles estouraram o cadeado de outras celas, bem como o cadeado do pavilhão e escalaram o muro, utilizando lenções. Passaram pela concertina, caíram na horta do presídio, ganhando a rua”, disse o delegado regional Tiago Bordini.

A ação não foi percebida imediatamente pelos policiais penais que trabalhavam no presídio no momento da fuga. Além do inquérito da Polícia Civil, o Departamento Penitenciário (Depen) investiga as circunstâncias dessa fuga. Uma equipe da corregedoria da Sejusp já esteve na unidade.

A pericia da Polícia Civil também esteve no presídio e um inquérito já foi aberto pra investigar a fuga.
