Prefeitura de Taubaté, SP prevê arrecadação menor em 2022: “ano preocupante”

Em audiências sobre a Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias de 2022, realizadas na Câmara de Taubaté dia 10, a Prefeitura demonstrou a previsão de menor arrecadação no ano que vem em relação a 2021

Em audiências sobre a Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias de 2022, realizadas na Câmara de Taubaté dia 10, a Prefeitura demonstrou a previsão de menor arrecadação no ano que vem em relação a 2021.

De acordo com a proposta do Orçamento deste ano, a receita estimada da Prefeitura é R$ 1,164 bilhão. Para 2022, a estimativa de receita é de R$ 1,066 bilhão.

A audiência da manhã foi presidida pela vereadora Elisa Representa Taubaté (Cidadania) e contou com a participação dos vereadores Alberto Barreto (PRTB), Boanerge (PTB), Marcelo Macedo (MDB), Moises Luciano Pirulito (PL), Serginho (Progressistas) e Talita Cadeirante (PSB).

À tarde, a condução dos trabalhos foi feita pela vereadora Vivi da Rádio (Republicanos) e participaram os vereadores Elisa, Barreto, Pirulito, Serginho e Rodson Lima Bobi (PSDB).

A apresentação da LDO de 2022 não definiu metas e prioridades, conforme explicou o secretário de Finanças, Marco Antônio Campos, porque elas só podem ser definidas após a elaboração do Plano Plurianual (PPA) 2022/2025, de acordo com a Constituição Federal e Lei Orgânica do Município.  Ainda assim, a audiência foi dividida em dois períodos para que todos os secretários pudessem comparecer e responder dúvidas dos vereadores.

“Ano que vem vai ser mais difícil, vamos pagar R$ 60 milhões de dívida do CAF [Banco de Desenvolvimento da América Latina], vai impactar e muito nos investimentos da cidade. Pegamos uma herança de dívida muito grande que é responsabilidade nossa sanar, mas nenhum administrador faz mágica se não tiver receita”, afirmou o secretário.
