Grupo Conde investe R$ 30 milhões e emprega 500 pessoas em novo Centro de Distribuição em São José dos Campos

Novo Centro de Distribuição, localizado em São José dos Campos, aumenta capacidade e eficiência de processos de abastecimento das lojas Farma Conde

Com o objetivo de adequar sua infraestrutura ao processo de expansão da empresa, o Grupo Farma Conde inaugura nesta quinta-feira (15/07) um novo Centro de Distribuição, na cidade de São José dos Campos (SP). A nova estrutura está localizada no Condomínio Eldorado e conta com 13 mil m² de área construída.

O objetivo do novo centro é promover o abastecimento das 250 lojas da rede ainda com mais eficiência e segurança. As 250 lojas estão espalhadas pelos Estados de São Paulo, Minas Gerais e Rio de Janeiro. Com o novo CD, a Farma Conde passa a contar com uma estrutura própria, aumentando a sua capacidade de distribuição. No total, 500 funcionários vão atuar em todas as etapas do processo, desde o fornecedor, até a entrega nas lojas.

Com a ampliação da infraestrutura, a capacidade de estocagem será ampliada para 3.200 posições para um total de 8.000 produtos diferentes, entre medicamentos, suplementos alimentares, cosméticos, perfumaria e acessórios de bem-estar e beleza.

A fim de garantir a confiabilidade de toda a cadeia de distribuição, o novo centro contará com o sistema WMS (Warehouse Management System). Tal sistema tem como objetivo gerenciar todas as movimentações dos produtos em todas as suas etapas.

Por conta do alto nível de rastreabilidade, o sistema de movimentação e distribuição do Grupo Farma Conde oferece ainda alto nível de segurança, além de elevada eficiência e produtividade. Os processos automatizados contam com coletores de dados e sistema Pick by Light integrados ao WMS.

Os processos são complementados pelo Sistema Locus, que garante a rastreabilidade integral desde o faturamento do produto, até o ponto de venda. Com isso, a Farma Conde mantém um dos maiores e melhores sistemas de distribuição do país. Tais sistemas serão complementados por frota exclusiva de caminhões que garantem o abastecimento diário de todas as 250 lojas do grupo nos três Estados da união.
