12º Festival Gastronômico “Sabor Caiçara” tem recorde de participantes em Ubatuba

Após mais de um ano de restrições por conta da pandemia do Coronavírus e em respeito a todas as regras de distanciamento e protocolos sanitários, os adeptos da boa gastronomia têm um bom motivo para visitar 63 estabelecimentos, entre restaurantes, bares, quiosques, padarias, cafés e docerias em Ubatuba. É que o 12º Festival Gastronômico “Sabor Caiçara” acontece entre os dias 27 de agosto e 26 de setembro.

Com a participação confirmada dos principais estabelecimentos de Ubatuba, cada local incluirá em seu cardápio, com preço atraente e promocional, receitas que vão dos ingredientes tradicionalmente locais como os pescados e frutos do mar até a cozinha internacional ou Oriental.

Pizzas, sobremesas, hambúrgueres, pães, petiscos de praia e comida de boteco também foram especialmente criados para o Festival.

Além desta saborosa ação para o público em geral, com distribuição limitada de brindes e sorteios, outro grande destaque do Festival será o Concurso de Receitas, onde os estabelecimentos irão elaborar seus pratos para os jurados (todos especialistas), que degustarão os sabores de Ubatuba juntamente com convidados dos estabelecimentos participantes. 

As receitas serão avaliadas e divididas em 12 categorias: Cozinha Caiçara, Caiçara Contemporânea, Cozinha Internacional, Cozinha Oriental, Petisco de Praia, Comida de Boteco, Hambúrguer, Pizzas, Massas, Pães, Salgados e Sobremesas. Estas receitas serão posteriormente premiadas após o final do Festival no inicio de Outubro. O Tenda Atacado, um dos patrocinadores do Festival, irá premiar R$500,00 em vale-compras, ao vencedor de cada categoria do concurso.
